We want you to love what you own. Please review our return terms below before requesting an exchange.

Guidelines
Hygiene Exclusions
For hygiene purposes, we do not accept exchanges on face masks, any underwear garments, and/or bodysuits.
Return Window
Our return tolerance lasts up to 7 days. An exchange offer will be omitted after the 7th day of your purchase.
Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be unused / unworn. It must be in the same condition you received it.
Sale Items
Normal priced items may be returned / exchanged. Items bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Faults & Redelivery
We will not be held responsible for the patron's order fault (i.e. incorrect size or colour ordered). Shipment charges for order collection from your location will be paid by the patron, and redelivery fee will cost R200.
Faults made on any garments, or mistakes done by us (Layback Garments), redelivery charges will be covered by us.
